Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us.

We realise that, at times, unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully request that you please provide at least 24 hours notice by contacting the salon or your stylist.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee which will be charged at the stylist’s discretion.
